Cairn Energy complication
Your current energy level on the watch face — a small dial that mirrors what your last entries said about your bandwidth today.
What it shows
Your most recent entry's energy level on a 0–5 scale. The circular slot draws it as a gold ring with a lightning bolt and the number, or a gentle prompt to start your first entry when there's no data yet; the corner slot pairs a lightning icon with a linear 0–5 gauge.
Supported slots
Energy is available for the circular and corner complication families only — unlike Mood and Streak, it does not offer an inline variant.
Adding it to your face
Open the watch face editor, tap an eligible circular or corner slot, and choose Cairn Energy.
How it updates
The gauge updates as soon as a new entry syncs from iPhone, with a background refresh roughly every 30 minutes as a fallback.
Tip
Before your first entry of the day, the dial shows a quiet “Start” prompt instead of a number.
