Your Week
A weekly view of your autonomic load — how your heart-rate variability moved against your own 14-day baseline, with recovery moments linked back to what you recorded on your calmest days.
What Your Week shows
A weekly read of your autonomic load: how your heart-rate variability moved, which days ran hot, and how that lines up with what you said at the time. It is the body's version of the week next to your own account of it.
Why HRV and not mood
Mood is what you noticed; HRV is what your body did whether you noticed or not. The two disagreeing is the interesting case — a week you remember as fine on a body that was under load.
Reading it honestly
One low week means little. The value is in the run: three heavy weeks in a row is a signal, and it is visible here long before it becomes obvious anywhere else.
