Streak detail

How many days in a row you've journaled, your longest run, and the rhythm of your practice — with rest days treated kindly.

What the streak counts

Consecutive days with at least one entry. One entry is enough — a thirty-second recording keeps the streak as surely as a long one, because the point is showing up, not volume.

Breaking one is not failure

A missed day resets the number and nothing else. Your entries, insights and baseline are untouched. The streak is there to make starting easier, and it has done its job the moment you record again.

Where to see it

On the timeline, and on the watch face if you add the complication. The watch version nudges gently when you have not recorded today, which for most people is the only reminder that is needed.
